Por suerte todo eso ha cambiado... ya no es "cualquier" casco, ni chaqueta ni botas... Ahora se perfectamente la función de cada accesorio y las exigencias se han multiplicado.
En este caso hablemos de la protección de nuestra cabeza: el casco.
La definición de casco es muy fácil: Insoportable los primeros 5 minutos, indispensable a partir del minuto 6 y la garantía de nuestras vidas...
Aquellos maravillosos años donde no era obligatorio el uso del casco en la moto... que locos!!!!! Me parece increible cómo podíamos conducir a toda velocidad sin protección...
No voy a ponerme a hablar de las características de los cascos, de sus funciones y sus prestaciones.... Simplemente hablare del casco que llevaré en este viaje, al igual que comentaré en notas posteriores sobre toda la equipación.
Al igual que para decidir que moto llevar, en los cascos hice la misma selección. Despues de probar la cabeza en docenas de modelos,leer toda las características de cada modelo, al final me decidí por la misma marca que había usado en el viaje por el continente Americano, también por Europa, en Africa y en varios viajes por España. Sin duda alguna el casco que me ha dado mejores resultados fue de la marca SHARK.
Dentro de su amplísima gama me decidí por el SHARK Evoline 3. El nuevo modelo de Shark, menos peso y mejores características en cuanto a aerodinámica y menos sonoridad. Con ello me permite ir a mayor velocidad y escuchar perfectamente las indicaciones del GPS.

SHARK Helmet
A few years ago while I was organizing a motorcycle ride, I was just looking "A" helmet "A" jacket and "boots"...
There was only one condition: It needed to be cheap!!

Thankfully all that has changed... now it's not just "any" helmet or "any" jacket and boots perfectly... Now the function of each accessory and demands have multiplied.
Let's talk about the saftey of our heads. The definition of wearing a helmet is easy: the first 5 minutes are unbearable, but afterwards its essential because it guarantees our lives... Oh the wonder years, back then it wasn't mandatory to wear a helmet when using a bike... that was crazy!! I find it amazing how we were able to drive at full speed without protection... I'm not gonna talk about the features of these helmets or it's functions and performance.... I'm only gonna talk about the helmet that I'm going to take on this trip with me, I will eventually share this information in later entries.
After trying on my own head, dozens of models, and reading all the features of each model, in the end I ended up deciding on the same brand that was used in my journey through the Americas, Europe, Africa and in several trips to Spain.
